I travelled from quite a distance away to Cochrane GM to get a used manual Tacoma, and I’m so glad I did! Robert Ritchie was absolutely fantastic to deal with, zero pressure and a genuinely great person. The maintenance team made sure the truck was 100% before I purchased it, and when we discovered the blind spot monitoring was malfunctioning CGM didn’t hesitate to make it right at any cost before I picked it up. The truck was detailed better than any vehicle I have ever purchased, I thoroughly went through it after purchase and couldn’t even find a loose coin. Mike Tran in finance was great, he let me know all the options but didn’t try to pressure or scare me into anything. Overall I can’t recommend Cochrane GM enough, I have had zero issues with the truck in the couple months since the purchase, and it was by far the very best vehicle purchase experience (new/used/dealer/private) that I have ever had. If you want a trustworthy dealership with fantastic service, go to Cochrane GM. They won’t lie to you, pressure you into a decision you don’t want, or hide anything in the fine print.
