My wife and I had a great car buying experience from Cochrane Nissan. Our product advisor Yi Chien was very helpful, calm, and mild with his approach when dealing with us. Terri-Lynn was also very helpful and the process with both of them was smooth. We do also appreciate the transparency that this dealer continues to practice - honest and precise. Everything was handled with care, and they do make you feel like a valued customer. You can never go wrong going to this place. Looking forward to the years of doing business with this dealership.

Couldn't be happier with Cochrane Nissan. Went there on Monday to look for a vehicle for my son. Purchased 2025 Nissan Kicks SV on Tuesday and had all the paperwork done by Wednesday. I was in a pretty tight timing as I was going to be in the area for only 3 days. Made an arrangement for my son from Edmonton to pick up the vehicle on Thursday morning. There was a little bit of delay with the registration office but that was out of their control so it is understandable. Jaydin, our salesperson, was very communicative. He responded to my questions promptly and was always on top of things. Terri-Lynn is such a sweet heart and was very fast at helping me secure a loan in just a few hours. I have purchased several cars and this was by far the quickest. Plus they have some of the best price without dealership fee. It is worth driving 30 mins from my home. Thank you to the team including Gary and Maddie for making the purchase quick and smooth. I would definitely go back and buy from them again and recommend them to all my friends!

My mother-in-law had her SUV “detailed” at Cochrane Nissan. She purchased the Every Nook and Cranny package for her 5-seater SUV and also paid an additional $99 for a headlight polish. The total came to $505.88. When I saw the condition of her SUV, I was shocked. It looked nothing like a professional detail so I returned it and asked them to clean it properly. The attached photos actually show their second attempt. After bringing the issue to the manager’s attention, he offered a $67 cheque as compensation. Honestly, my ten-year-old could have done a better job. The level of dirt and neglect was astonishing, especially considering this is a service they advertise and charge premium prices for. To make matters worse, the prices listed on their website do not match what the prices they have listed in-house. What a cruel way to lure people in. I would never recommend this dealership for detailing services; not even to my worst enemy. Absolutely unacceptable quality and value.
