I recently had the best car buying experience at Coggin Buick of Orange Park, Fl! Buying a car can be a very time consuming, intimidating experience. However, I went to see the sales team at Coggin Buick (knowing exactly what I wanted because I reviewed their inventory on their super accessible website) and the exceptionally experienced and professional staff met me at the door and made the negotiation and financing portions of the experience so easy. I feel that they dealt fairly and I left a very happy, brand new Buick ST Envista owner! It’s been about a month and I’m still on cloud 9 from this purchase which helped put me in a brand new ride while meeting my personal and financial goals. Steve Murray made my trip to Coggin pleasant. He scheduled my appointment. I had to leave my car for repairs. Steve called a car service to transport me back home. He also kept me informed of the entire process. He was amazing! Shout out to David Vesey for reparing my vehicle! David also took a moment to speak with me explaining the repairs made, answered my questions, and addressed my concerns putting my mind at ease. Both these gentlemen were very professional, patient, and kind. I purchased my Buick Encore from Coggin Buick GMC on Blanding Blvd in Jacksonville, FL back in 2017. I can only speak to my experience but both Matt and Colin from the service department have always done right by me. If something goes wrong it took accountability for it and fixed it without having to put me out. That's all you can ask of people because humans make mistakes. So, Matt deserves the recognition and as a whole our society would be better off if we rewarded/acknowledged the good way more than we complained about the bad. In March, we purchased a GMC truck from 2 states away. The process first started with the salesperson AG Gioia who called me by phone, sought what I was really needing, answered my questions honestly, got me a trade in value, got me connected with their loan options via the finance department and even assisted with addressing some other issues and much more including transferring out of state plates.
