Coggin Nissan At The Avenues In Jacksonville

I just left Tristan Jewell from Coggins Nissan at the Avenues, and I MUST leave a review. This was by far the BEST car experience I have ever had. Speaking from a female’s perspective with having to go to a dealer, this was a big deal. I had already wasted hours in person at other dealers and was pretty worn out and stressed so I decided to reach out by email—my preference—to negotiate a fair car price with other dealers in the area. I also had a lease to turn in. Tristan responded right away with a video of a potential SUV and a quote. He respected that I didn’t want to talk on the phone or show up in person yet and worked with me. I felt he was very respectful and authentic in trying to earn my business. I had an agreed quote in writing and then went in person to meet him today. I actually liked an upgraded model (of course-lol) of the Nissan Rouge and he made it happen. I cannot say enough great things about Tristan and my experience. I really didn’t know that the whole car buying/leasing experience could be great and smooth until Coggins. Thank you to Justin Rhome, the Sales Manager, as well. Everyone here made me feel welcomed and valued. Tristan also drove with me to turn in my lease to a competitor to make sure everything went well—this was above and beyond! I hope this 5-star review encourages someone who feels anxious about going to a dealership or just stressed out about the whole process to go see Tristan at Coggins and leave happy and with an awesome car! I’m incredibly in shock how easy this was. As soon as I came in Stephen was ready to make sure I left here with a vehicle that fit my needs.
