Coggins of the Berkshires

Wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Coggins of the Berkshires and its amazing Staff. Brian Forfield and Matt in the finance department made this my best buying opportunity ever!!! Customer service was over the top!!! Little things matter the most to me. I’ve had the same plates on my car for over 20 years and were rusted and just gross and was going to get special vanity plates but Matt without me asking polished them up and look like new. People that go the extra mile are always appreciated and will receive special props from me and spread for other potential buyers. Truly give these guys a try. They work really hard for you and the buying process was a breeze and very informative and friendly !!! Thanks guys.

Amazing, genuinely knowledgeable of the vehicles, loan process, and everything else halfway in between. Brian and Matt are absolute All Stars!! I cannot speak highly enough of both of them they had both gone out of their way to make sure I was able to be in a vehicle I can afford and something I like very much. Both of them worked very hard to secure a loan I could afford and were in contact with me every single day!! Wow, talk about ZERO customer service. I had a car brought to the Berkshires FOR ME from Bennington. I had an appointment to test drive it, but they asked me to come early as someone else was interested in it too. I wasted my lunch to go drive it, told them I was interested in the car, planned on going in the very next morning with my daughter, (at my scheduled appointment time), as it was for her, and they sold it right after I left from driveing it the day before. I can certainly understand not holding vehicles, but the guy we spoke with said they were still waiting for the title, and the guy who asked me to stop in early, promised to let me know if it was going to sell (or sold) so I wouldn't waste my time, but nobody in that place bothered reaching out at all (even if they had asked me to put a deposit down to hold it, I would have gladly done so, but they didn't). I noticed it missing off their site and THAT'S how I found out. They figured they'd con me into something else if I just went there. Hell no! They'd never get my money due to the unprofessionalism. They reached out all week to make sure I was still coming, but couldn't send one message to say the car we wanted sold! All I can say is that I believe in karma, and thank god we found a much nicer car at a more reputable dealer, so thank you for being awful salespeople!

The was the most pleasant car purchasing experience that I’ve ever had. Brian and Scott were more than accommodating, professional and most importantly, friendly. My questions and concerns were addressed and followed up on immediately. I will recommend Brian to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!

I bought a silverado from Bennington VT. But because I live in mass its been easier to deal with pittsfield coggins. Jeff is absolutely wonderful. He made sure I was well taking care of when maintaining my truck. There has been some hiccups with truck but Jeff is right there to help me. When I bought truck the engine bay was very dirty and I showed Jeff. He took my truck and had it professionally cleaned. I will be doing more business with pittsfield coggins.
