I went with my daughter (Chelle) car shopping. she bought a 2020Trailhawk here. I've dealt with many dealerships and this is the first time I can honestly say it was a stress-free , almost enjoyable experience. Bubba was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. No pressure to buy all the add ons. If you said you didn't want extra warranties etc. they didn't spend the next hour badgering you. I was in the market for something spacious, more reliable and good in snow! I found exactly that when Colby Chrysler came highly recommended from a very good, trusted friend. I was able to drive off of the lot in my new Jeep Grand Cherokee and couldn’t be happier. I had the pleasure of working with both Shannon and Carter and they made the whole process a breeze. They had things prepared ahead of time, knowing that I was making a 3 hour drive north, which made the process less than an hour! It was amazing. I hope to be in my jeep for a long time but, when I’m ready for a change I will without a doubt be coming back!

Was told at 60,000 miles that 85% of the clutch volume was gone in this 2016 town n country transmission and was asked if i wanted them to get the $3500 replacement ordered. Currently sitting at 242,000 miles. I highly recommend finding somewhere else to do your business. These guys will rob you blind.

Bought a 2020 jeep cherokee trailhawk (never owned anything besides GMC/Chevy lol)... absolutely love it! Bubba helped me out greatly. There was no pressure, super helpful and all around stand up folks. I would recommend Colby Chrysler to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle. I was so impressed, I will be driving the 50 minutes for any maintenance my new jeep needs. Thank you guys!

Colby Chrysler Center and their team are Saints! I stopped at Cobly Chrysler Center last week on my 250-mile journey back home to Minnesota with an electric vehicle i purchased that day. I called in earlier that day looking to see if they had an electric vehicle charger that would be compatible with my car. A man named Tim went above and beyond to be able to help me not only find the charger that was compatible with my car, but he also went out of his way to try to get me an adapter on his own time to get me safely home. Well, I was stranded over 60 miles away until the battery charged, Tim took his time to coordinate the charger getting to the dealership by the time I arrived at closing. To say I was impressed with customer service and how much he cared is an understatement! After barely making it to the dealership with all the heating in the car turned off to extend the range to make it, I arrived chill to the bone. The whole team was waiting for me and expressed extreme concern and care as they saw I was getting hypothermia with the cold and freezing. They welcomed me in, gave me an extra jacket and hot chocolate to warm up, well they went out and started charging my car. Their hospitality didn't stop there, they offered to stay or drive me into town to wait for my car to charge. At this point, Carter Grewe, offered to help tow my car, after hours and on his own time, to where I needed to go.... I was stunned. The level of kindness and generosity of their team is second to NONE! Carter loaded the car up into the flatbed truck, and we headed towards the nearest town. On the way over, he said, "You know what, we might as well get you all the way home so you're safe and warm and out of the snow." Carter ended up driving over three hours all the way from Colby, WI to southern Minnesota to drop me off at my home. The roads were really bad, but he was able to get us there safely and without any trouble with the numerous of accidents on the freeway. To say Carter and the team over at Colby Chrysler center are genuine and honest people, cannot begin to describe them. They are without a doubt the kindest and most caring people that I have met in the car industry, and they want to make sure regardless of if you buy a car there, that you are well taken care of and safe. I can genuinely say that I don't know if I would have made it back to Minnesota without the help of Carter and his team. Next time they're in Minnesota, they all have a round on me!
