I had a great experience buying my 2024 Subaru Outback Limited. Everyone was friendly, helpful and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Even though I didn’t have established credit, they were able to get me approved and even worked to get me a lower interest rate. Everything was explained clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. Big thanks to Shane, Kyle and Chris for going above and beyond and making this such a positive experience. I’m very happy with my new Subaru and would definitely recommend this dealership especially for first-time buyers or anyone worried about financing.

Customer service was great, but when i went to put in a new air filter, i found that bolts were not replaced on my airbox itself and the arm was not put back in place nor re-attached. I have always had this truck serviced at dealerships, and since you claim to use only certified GM techs, im sure you can understand my concern as i would not expect bolts and support rods to not be put back after inspection. Your team also took off my tires and changed the oil. What other bolts were not put back while your team worked on my truck?? Thats the question i have now.

In all of my years of buying vehicles have I ever experienced a dealership that works AGAINST you as much as the clowns do. I've had two experiences within a six year period at this clown show and it was terrible. Most recently I went to look at a used Ram that had been a lease/rental and was scratched up pretty bad in some areas. Earlier in the day I had visited a different dealership looking at the same model Ram but one year newer. That dealer was easier to work with and we came very close to meeting in the middle. Interest on that deal was 6.9%. I went to Cole and the sales guy and his "manager" were difficult to work with, almost to the point that I was feeling like someone there wanted the truck for themselves but through "formalities" it had to be put up for sale and out on the lot. Anyway, the offer for my trade was a low ball offer, three thousand less than the offer from the other dealer, and the Interest was 11.9%! They hardly wanted to negotiate and those terms they came back with were ludicrous. I went there to look at an one year older truck in worse condition and a few grand cheaper just to be given the cold shoulder and quoted outrageous numbers. I'll never return to that clown show again.
