Coleman Motors Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealer

Kristen Wilson at Coleman dodge is the worst service advisor. She had strict instructions to call us before they serviced our truck. We took it in the shop for the recalls and was gonna get a full service. She calls us 3 days later and says is 1300 dollars for the full service and it’s done and ready for pickup. . We never authorized for her to move forward with the service, all she had authorization for was for the recalls. We will never be back here or ever do any business with this place.

I would never do business with this company again. The owner, out of nowhere, guaranteed the truck I was buying was "one of the good ones" they were going to deliver it to me in TN the $375 went to $425 for some reason. Then the price of the vehicle went up $999 because it has nitrogen in the tires and door handle guards?? They didn't deliver the truck due to a flat tire, and the next day called because the transmission went out on the way to be delivered. They also ran my credit 5 times!! I told them I only wanted to finance through BofA, but they forgot and ran it through 5 different finance companies, but not the one I requested. This is with an 830 score, BTW. Glad the truck broke down before I signed the papers. Zero stars if poasible... just my honest experience with this company.

I wasted 1 hour and 20 minutes for a simple oil change. They could have a lot more customers if their employees were more efficient and friendly. Don't waste money on slow employees. I asked why it was taking so long and it seemed like I was offending them. I don't recommend it.

$163.00 to turn off a check engine light that has nothing to do with engine. It’s a mirror modular. 👎🏻👎🏻
