# Summary Most customers praise the dealership for professional service, quick transactions, knowledgeable staff, and trustworthy dealings, with several noting seamless sales experiences and reliable communication. The people at Collectable Classics have been very professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable about my car that I was selling. From Joey, to James, they made the transaction seamless with great communication. It was a pleasure to work with this company.

Initially the request for vin number on the Corvette I was selling made me think scam because of the amount of scammers out there. But with a search and after speaking directly with this dealer I was assured and confident they were legitimate and trustworthy. The sale was done professionally and fast. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. Great company to do business with.

Very disappointing experience with a Bring a Trailer purchase involving a 1958 Jaguar XK150. The car had significant undisclosed issues, including severe structural rust, a major exhaust leak, a trunk that does not latch, and other safety problems that make it unsafe to drive. These defects were not clearly shown or mentioned in the listing, despite extensive photos and an “imperfections” video. This behavior appears to be in violation of Pennsylvania law for a licensed used car dealer. Attempts to resolve the issue with the seller (Collectible Classics) went unanswered, and Bring a Trailer declined to take responsibility, stating they do not inspect vehicles and placing the burden entirely on the buyer. Collectible Classics ignored a demand to go to arbitration. Based on my experience and similar complaints from other buyers, I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from this seller or relying solely on auction listings without an independent inspection. I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, with PA Department of Transportation for Fraudulent misuse of motor vehicle credentials, and with the PA Attorney General's office for consumer protection, for illegal conduct as a licensed car dealer.
