Purchased here for the first time! Let me say, it was a great experience, fast process and no hassle. I love my car 2016 Hyundai Sonata BEAUTIFUL!!!
I haven’t received my title. My tag. Nothing. Went to the court house, my car isn’t even REGISTERED with the DMV, went to the DMV to attempt to register MY car that I paid in full, CASH IN HAND & they told me to file a complaint with them and the police. It’s FULL send at this point. This is ridiculous. Your company is ridiculous. Also have tried to contact this lousy business several times & drove by. Do NOT buy from here. EDITED to say, since I can’t reply. Won’t answer the phone. Been by there. Nobody there. I bought this car in JANUARY. Paid cash in full. WENT TO THE DMV AND THE COURT HOUSE where they BOTH said the car was not even registered with the DMV. That’s your job, bud. Not mine. Not theirs. YOURS.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! I bought a Tahoe from him and put $3500. down on it and 9 days after I got it started to leak brake fluid. Long story short, $600 more and it still wasn't fixed I asked how to make my payment and he said he didn't need to tell me that I knew where they was located, mind you the car wasn't drivable!! My payment was roughly two weeks late and he sent someone to get it at night and would not allow me to make my payment in which I'm still in the process of getting a resolution. While trying to handle this matter I reached out to the auditor office and he never even sent out my paperwork for a tag at this it had been two months!! I don't know how he sleeps at night but I wouldn't do business here!!!
Casey was a good guy buying a car from he had a lot of stuff dealing with but he always communicated with me about all the transferring everything in my name. I would buy again from him. I am on my third vehicle and this man is great
Went today with my son to look at a vehicle the dealer was very honest about his inventory. He ended up purchasing a very nice vehicle for him and his family. We shall be back for future purchases.
