College Park Chevrolet Buick GMC

I was traveling home and my fuel pump went about 14 km west of Vermilion, I called the dealership to ask if it was possible for them to look at it. I needed a tow truck and after bring on the phone with AMA for a hour and was told truck was coming from Hay River!! I was given tow truck company phone number by Sam (service manager on duty) at the dealership. Called him up came in half an hour, got truck to dealership by 12:30 and had a mechanic look at it right away and said it was fuel pump. They got it into bay right away and started to replace pump. It wouldn't get finished that day so had to stay over. Sam arranged to get me to a hotel for the night. They picked me up the next morning and had my truck on the road by 1:00 PM. Can't say enough about the service I received.

I was n Alberta for work and took my truck in for fuel filter replacement. Took 3 of them to figure out how to change. After it was done they said “we think it’s tight enough”. A few days later I had a dripping diesel leak from it, took it to my dealer in BC and they confirmed it was the fuel filter. Also said my water sensor was broken and needed replacement. I called College Park and never heard back. My BC dealership called College park about parts warranty and were told no. So, stay way from this place, the won’t warranty their parts or work.
