When I went to dealer looking for a black z71 Colorado that I was told was in stock upon arrival the truck was located at another dealer after waiting three hours they told me it was no longer available I searched for days looking for a 26 z71 and they apparently couldn’t find one nearby so I bought the trail boss instead with most of the same options minus a sun roof and a few other things but I’m happy with what i ended up with . Great Staff and quick turnaround I’ll be there customer for life .

I brought my truck to Colonial Chevrolet months ago for service and had one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever dealt with. Communication was nonexistent — they ignored phone calls for weeks and ultimately never even performed the services I originally requested including an inspection for further services needed. (I was trying to throw money at them) I thought I was finally done dealing with them, but it somehow got worse. About 5,000 miles later, during another oil change, I discovered the oil filter had apparently been installed with Loctite or overtightened to the point it caused major issues during removal. What should have been a routine oil change turned into a $500 repair bill. Poor communication, incomplete service, and careless workmanship. I would strongly recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else.

We went out looking for a new SUV, with nothing specific in mind. Rolled into Colonial in Fitchburg after visiting a few other dealers. Looked around the lot and had a couple of vehicles in mind. We went inside the dealership and found Hasan, very kind man. Very helpful without being pushy at all. After going on the test drive, we actually upgraded the vehicle without any pressure at all. We decided to go all in this go around. The entire office was so kind, interactive and helpful. Fun bantering with Carlos the office manager. I have had my Traverse for about two weeks, and it is amazing. It is so sharp, and the safety features are amazing. Can’t say enough about the car or the staff at Colonial Chevrolet. Thank you all!! I look forward to seeing everyone at my regularly scheduled service appointments. Highly recommend.

We keep coming back because the entire team is great! Many of our vehicles have been bought from Colonial. We continue to bring our Cadillac and multiple Chevys there for service over many years - they are responsive, honest, efficient and accurate! They also share the videos of what they find with us - because they believe in transparency and fairness. The local area is very fortunate to have such a great dealership!

Buying a car is never easy, however our salesman Joe was above and beyond incredible. We had some bump in the process but Joe was amazing. Would highly recommend him.
