Outstanding Service – Above and Beyond Expectations I want to take a moment to recognize the incredible service I received from the team at this dealership. My vehicle recently developed an A/C compressor issue that technically fell outside of the standard warranty period. Instead of simply telling me the repair was not covered, Service Manager Stephen Gray and Service Advisor Denny took the time to carefully review the situation and worked directly with Honda Canada on my behalf. Thanks to their effort, persistence, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction, they successfully coordinated a goodwill claim with Honda Canada. As a result, the repair was approved and fully covered under warranty at no cost to me. That level of advocacy for a customer is rare and truly appreciated. This experience is a perfect example that proves the stereotype of “stealerships” does not apply here. The professionalism, transparency, and dedication shown by Stephen and Denny demonstrate what excellent customer service should look like.
