I went in for an oil change for my 23' CRV and walked out with a brand new 26' Passport. I've purchased both of my vehicles from this dealership and worked with Alex both times. Alex goes above and beyond to find the exact car you want, right down to design, seats, add ons you name it. Awesome Experience!! I felt welcome the second I walked in the door, and was greeted just as quick. If I could give this zero stars, I would. I went into this dealership, bc they had three of the 2024 models in the trim package I wanted. From the jump, the salesman Marcel did not even ask my name or shake my hand. He also didn't come with me on the test drive. When I returned, he simply asked if I wanted to purchase. I explained I had found the same model, same year, same color, same trim package at a dealership up north in NH, and could they price match bc this one on their lot had more miles and the price was higher. He said absolutely not and wouldn't even look at the competitor's listing. He made no effort to get my business. I had originally gone to Balise in Attleboro the week before, but they didn't have the trim package I wanted at the time. After this experience at Colonial, I returned to Balise the next day and bought a brand new car. I'm glad I didn't purchase at Colonial, bc I found out they charge a $900 prep fee 🙄 in addition to their doc fee of $700, not to mention Balise blows them away with customer service. If ur looking to purchase a Honda and want to be treated like ur business matters and with kindness and respect, please go to Balise and ask for Sam. I ended up purchasing a more expensive brand new car, bc they took the time to explain the rebates and discounts to me and treated me to "red carpet service." I took the time to write this, bc I want to save other prospective Honda buyers from paying this extra $900 prep fee that other dealers don't charge, and to also help fellow loyal Honda buyers. This dealership does not care about selling you a car, or you as a customer. No one was rude to me, but it was clear my business was not impt to them, which is ironic bc I purchased a car from their competitor the next day.
