I bought my car here 4 years ago and have been nothing but happy with colonial. Their sales team was professional, honest, and polite. And over the past 4 years the service dept continues to go above and beyond in every aspect. I will continue to buy here based on the service dept alone. Mechanics are competent, the front desk workers are some of the most polite people I’ve encountered in customer service. Keep up the great work

Ok, one of the reasons I bought a new car was to be able to have it serviced. This place makes it nearly impossible. I work 9-5 Monday through Friday I don’t wanna talk on the phone- however their online service is messed up or they just don’t follow it- so you make an apt online and then get a call telling you it’s not a real apt and they don’t have availability for another 4-6 weeks. Also you will get some one like Tom that will tell you if you don’t like it go some where else
