My first phone call with Lacey set the tone right away — she was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in scheduling my vehicle preview and test drive. She also walked me through the financing process step by step, making everything feel simple and stress-free. Ronnie, my salesman, was equally friendly, informative, and helpful throughout the entire experience. I bought a 24 ram from here a little under a year ago in May. I left a deposit the week prior under the agreement that id have until Thursday of the following week to pick it up, they changed the terms last second on Friday that I'd only have until Monday to pick up the truck or the deal was off even though I already put a deposit down. The truck was apparently in a "minor" rear end accident but the shop that did the repairs was incompetent. Three months after driving the truck I noticed that three of the tires where nearly bald, I also noticed that there was a massive dent in the transmission crossmember that needed to be addressed. I called the service department to see if they could cover the cost of the crossmember and replacement and I could cover the tires/alignment, they said that the transmission crossmember wasnt a safety concern so they weren't obligated to replace it. I asked to speak to a sales rep and Joe (one of the sales reps) wasnt in so I left a voicemail with my number and info and to no surprise I never got a response. Some time goes by after October as work gets busy around this time of year, I ended up getting the tires replaced/Alignment and sourcing a used crossmember on Ebay and replacing it myself. Around mid-December I go to tow with the truck for the first time and we where testing the lights and there where none so they wouldn't let me leave the lot. I check under the truck and theres absolutely no trailer wiring on the backside of the 4/7 pin connector as well as three severed wires that where tucked up underneath the spare tire. I call Joe out of frustration once again and he shows very little sympathy so he passed me to another sales rep Mike and I explain my situation to him and he tries to call me delusional nonchalantly for expecting any sort of compensation since its been over six months since the sale. He brought up the one time he bought a Chevy and the engine blew on it (not the right time to be complaining and venting to a frustrated customer). Right now im left with a $47,000 paperweight in the driveway that just gets parked because im in the process of sourcing a wiring harness (with leads on it to splice into the severed wires) so that I can install it to get the truck ready for sale, I actually have integrity and can't pass this truck onto the next person the way that it was sold to me by Colonial South Chrysler Ram Jeep and Dodge. This was my first and last dealership experience and I've never felt so ripped off by an establishment before in my life. The attached pictures are what im at out of pocket after just three months of ownership on a truck with 12k miles on it. Joe and Mike I know your seeing this and I hope you do the right thing and hope you guys will decide to do the right thing as I will NEVER let this go until you guys decide to do right by me.
