What a great experience! The sales staff was very professional and very helpful. I was going from a sedan to an suv and had lots of questions. They were all answered in the intro information the salesman, Dylan, shared with me. Awesome 👌 The business part was explained step by step by Mario, Business Manager. Steven Justiniano was terrific. He found a good replacement for the first car which turned out to have had an accident history. He drove the car we bought up from Danbury to our home in Sherman for a test drive. He was always polite and courteous. The other staff at Colonial Subaru were helpful and nice too.
Super easy to discuss what I was looking for and find the best fit. From start to finish, no one made me feel pressured to buy a car, jump into anything that didn’t fit, or pressured as I got at other places I had looked before!!! I set my expectations and I was in and out with a new car in 3 hours.
