From the moment we arrived at Colonial Toyota till we drove home with our fantastic car, we felt respected, well informed, and so happy to have found this dealership. After 15 years with the same vehicle, the car shopping experience at other dealers was stressful and intimidating. Not the case in any way at Colonial! Our salesperson Hilary, managers Hass and Jack, and finance expert James were outstanding. As James said (and I am so paraphrasing…), we give you the information and get out of your way. The services and warranties that came with our Cross are fantastic, the car itself is the best best best! We are so happy with the entire experience and will be customers for life.

I just purchased a brand new Land Cruiser from a fantastic sales rep named Jason Umpierre. He gave me constant updates on the status of the build process and transit location of my truck. He promptly answered every single one of my questions. He was friendly, clear, and punctual through the whole process. Someone I’d definitely work with again in the future. My father came with me, and he was a big fan of Jason. TJ was the sales manager that we worked with afterwards. After a painless negotiation we worked out a number that we were both comfortable with. He was also kind, patient, and helpful as well. He carefully walked me through a lot of the logistics and made sure everything went smoothly. Lastly, a gentlemen named Eulee (I’m sorry if I am butching the spelling) carefully and painstakingly removed the crossbars on the truck. The service department was backed up, so Eulee stepped up. This wasn’t his job or responsibility to do, but he did it anyway. He was very kind and very helpful. I came in with my wife and father; and we all agreed the dealer floor felt open and lively. These were the highlights of my buying experience at this dealership. Jason, TJ, and Eulee — great guys.

It was really amazing service, such kind and understanding people and staff. I was helped by Josh and he worked with with us for hours to find me a deal that work with us and accommodated to my financial situation. While also finding me a vehicle that is safe and efficient. I would 100% recommend this place to find a vehicle especially for a first vehicle.

Me and a couple friends stopped by Colonial Toyota to check out the new GR86 they had in their showroom. Thanks to Richie and team, I ended up cashing out on a beautiful car that I'll never forget in my lifetime! My friends and I had a great time, and by the end of the day, Richie was just one of the boys.
