Had the best experience purchasing my new Subaru! My salesman Mike and manager Val were awesome! And they are very dog friendly! They had me bring my dog Charlie when I came to sign and pick up my car. Every employee there came out of their offices to meet him. They even played and occupied him while Mike went over all the good stuff in my vehicle. I think I could have driven away without him and he would have been fine. Thank you all for a wonderful experience! See you in Nov for my first oil chance.

My wife and I went to lease a car today from colonial Volkswagon! We left with a beautiful atlas we leased. Not only were the numbers super competitive, after shopping with three dealers. I went to Colonial Volkswagen yesterday and my experience was great from the time I walked in. I brought my parents with me because i needed some support buying a car. Julia greeted us right away and asked what I was looking for specifically. I told her the suv I wanted to test drive and she started the process right away. I came in with a specific suv I wanted and she never tried to sway me into another vehicle. Usually dealerships can be super pushy trying to get you to go with the more expensive/newer model. She was the complete opposite and wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. The only thing they were persistent about is making sure you get a snack and water haha. Just take the snacks because they will break you down eventually. They know what you need before you decide you want it. The whole team really wanted to make sure we were comfortable during the whole process. Thank you Julia for being amazing and thank you to the rest of the team I worked with Val, Justin, and Lorraine. I am so happy with my purchase and I will be recommending your location to friends and family looking to buy a new car.

Our salesman, Will, was cordial and professional. No high pressure tactics. He gave my son and I space to do our visual inspection and test drive, answered all our questions and worked with us to get a deal done we were all happy with. Manager Val was equally friendly and helpful, and so was another sales person, Julia, who brought us snacks while we were there. I forget the name of the finance guy, but he was great, too! I would definitely go back if/when we are in the market for our next vehicle.
