I used to only buy second hand, paid off. I found a car that I especially like at Colorado Motorcars at practically a steal price. I'm familiar with the brand so I went over all the mechanics and checked the carfax out with Juan and Tim. Both of which are a pleasure to speak with and work with. Andrea is noteworthy as she offered my girlfriend and I snacks while we waiting and was pleasant to speak to. Tim, and Juan both made this experience as painless as possible and we thoroughly transparent about the car, and the financing. I ended up purchasing and she's a beauty. They have my 5 stars Edit: 3 months in - I'll admit there were some mistakes on my end. I work 8-4 so I bought the car at night and inspected it at night. Albeit not thoroughly enough. I've driven this car only about 2k miles. Almost all the suspension parts need to be replaced. $800 in aftermarket suspension parts alone. There is a leak in the rear roof window. The crankpulley went out yesterday. I should've known something was up when I inspected the car again a week after buying it and realized the ignition coils weren't screwed in and the engine brace bars were missing. However, this place does not do returns anyway. My suggestion, definitely bring a qualified mechanic before you buy. They're great sales people but something tells me that making sure the car is in good condition is not quite the priority. If this car would've went almost a year without issues they would've kept 5 stars from me. As it stands now, 3. If they say they brought the car to the shop, dont buy it! They told me they'd had the timing chains done. The mechanic must have been high or something because the fool forgot to screw the ignition coils back, stuck the vacuum hose through the wrong hole, left the engine brace bars out, and damaged the crankshaft pulley from over torquing the bolts. Just be clever and cautious. I would've asked for 2k off the car price if I knew that I'd be spending about that much to fix their mechanics mess ups.

I could not have been more happy with the service I received from Rodrigo, Andrea and Tim. They were nothing but friendly and very fast with the overall time from start to finish when purchasing my car. Their cars are old, but very pristine and they keep them well maintained! It was a pleasure doing business with them! I drove all the way from the Springs to look at a car and was very surprised and happy with my purchase! Highly recommend!

Spoken with Denay about a SheRon 2014 BMW X6. After running my credit and letting her know that I had 1500 she asked for another 500 to 1500 on the vehicle I was willing to do but never got a reply back from her.

Colorado Motorcars and its employees have the biggest weakness in the automotive world. They are 100% the slimy sales man of the 70/80s we all envision when talking about used car lots. My company bought a used van from this lot for our special needs transport company. Vehicle was bought at 12/11 on 12/12 at 8:15am the vehicle had diagnostic trouble codes. NOT EVEN 24HR after it was sold. Contacted the dealership "bring it in and we will get it taken care of" which we did but get it taken care of means you will pay the fix the problems with the vehicle we sold you. 1/26 left a negative google review and got a call from a Mr, Gudio Cavalli (General Manager) who finds it fun to try and lie and say " a vehicle can not pass emissions with a code on the computer" So I emailed him the Vehicle Inspection Report FROM CLEAN AIR COLORAO. which shows the date and time was the next morning after buying the vehicle. A Couple emails back and forth the same day and the final message "I Just spoke with one of my techs, He said most likely it won't be the module! It can be a malfunctioning wheel speed sensor or low brake fluid! I think this fix can be way easier than you think! I'm pretty sure if it was the module the light will be on!" That was the last message him admitting there is an issue, and it was sold that way. 2/5 Still no contact, have sent a follow up email 3 days ago now on 2/2. Please listen to the reviews and stay away

The experience started off pretty well but was poorly handled after they had the money for the car. Starting off the car showed up with a flat tire for the test drive, they aired it up and all was well. They said they would replace the tire if it needed, cool. The car was clean for the test drive, all was good so we negotiated and purchased the car. I left it with them for a week to get some items fixed that were already planned for the vehicle and asked to get an alignment because the steering wheel was crooked. When I picked the car up it was pretty dirty inside, soda cap on the floor so they had no problem drinking soda in a customers car, debris from the window install and broke the plastic mirror cover when installing the window. Also they did end up replacing the tire but it doesnt match the other 3 and being an AWD vehicle thats not a good idea. Nobody called to offer to replace 4 tires if i helped with the cost, nothing. Also the steering wheel is still crooked, thanks for the alignment?
