When we first visited Colorado Motorcars in Englewood, we were left alone to peruse their selection, and were quickly accommodated when we requested access to several and a test drive of one. Everything was quick and simple. After returning from our test drive, we advised we’d need time to think at which point we were not pressed. This was all a welcome relief to the other places we visited where we felt pressured from the moment we stepped on the lot. A week ago we returned to take another look at the vehicle, and were met with the same no-pressure atmosphere. We decided to proceed with the purchase, at which point the sales representative (Sasha) and manager (Tim) accommodated our needs. The interest rate Tim found was better than we had been quoted elsewhere, and when it still didn’t meet our financial needs, he discounted the price to meet us where we needed to be. It was late at night by the time we finished, so we requested to return (from where we live an hour away) the next day. Tim immediately offered to drive it to our house that night. Talk about going above and beyond! After getting the vehicle inspected, we found it to be in great shape for its year and mileage. We are very satisfied with our interactions with Colorado Motorcars and the vehicle we purchased from them.

We bought a 2016 Nissan Titan XD on 03/28/2026 and after we signed papers I had realized they charged us $2000 over posted price. When I asked about it they said it was a bank fee which was a lie because I called the bank that following Monday. We were headed home and not even a block from the dealership the check engine light came on. Took it back to the dealership and they scanned it with the scanner tool and told us it was the turbo actuator. They assured us that they were going to cover the part (even put it in writing) and have the part directly shipped to me. It's been 24 days (04/21/2026) and still no part. I have asked for the tracking number numerous times and nothing. After 7 days (04/04/2026) the change engine oil light came on. Spoke with Tim and he told me that the dealership changed the oil in the truck but I'm still waiting for proof of that. Then 9 days (04/06/2026) after we get our truck the maintenance def system comes on. I spoke with Tim and he tells me it's not his problem that I was just angry to be angry and that's what I have a warranty for. Come to find out the warranty doesn't even cover the def system. I drove to a town an hour away on 04/11/26 and when trying to climb a hill it went into limp mode and the engine light came on and a warning light came on the dash that said engine power reduced. I don't believe I can drive the truck to them to be repaired as I live 7 hours away and have very steep hills to climb to get to them so I don't think the truck would make it to them without breaking down. Finally after waiting a month and a half for the part it finally came. Had my mechanic put it in and guess what it didn’t work. Tim had me ship it off to some company to be fixed and the part was not fixable. Now Tim won’t answer my calls or return them. I highly do NOT recommend this dealership!
