# Summary The dealership earns consistent praise for friendly, non-pushy salesmanship and quality customer service, with multiple customers highlighting transparent transactions and staff willingness to go above and beyond. However, significant concerns have been raised regarding false advertising of demo vehicles as new inventory and the sale of a used vehicle with undisclosed mechanical problems that required thousands in repairs.

So far so good. Bought a certified pre owned and a low mileage used car less than a year apart. Can't remember the salesman that helped us in March but both salesman did a great job. Both were really friendly and Neither were pushy. Found a minor issue on the used car we had purchased about a week ago. He could have easily said too bad it's used, but he fixed the issue for me. Cleveland will be the first call when my son starts driving next year to see what he has.

Can't say that in 63 years I've been inspired to write a positive review of a car dealer since my experiences have ranged from iffy to frustrating and occasionally awful, but Columbia Acura set itself apart. One year ago I bought a 2025 MDX Type S from John "Yanni" Photiou and he was great, despite me coming in a bit headstrong and defensive. I paid the negotiated price, doc fee, and sales tax with more offered but nothing shoved down my throat, so it was easy to escape clean which can be difficult at some dealers with their egregious markups and hard sell warranties and accessories. Never pushy, he was on my side and went above and beyond texting me a couple of undercarriage tech-nerd pics I wanted and pushing the car out for me the same day it was delivered to the lot. I wanted to be the first and only retail driver so it wouldn't get beat on pre-break-in, and he made that happen. I just had my first service at the one year mark and that was a breeze as well. Jamey Moore was the service advisor, and he was cool not pushing any jive or snake oil in my general direction, so you gotta love that.

Hands down the best dealership experience I have ever had. Brian and Jared were so friendly, knowledgeable, and best of all, absolutely zero pressure through the entire interaction & process of purchasing a vehicle. I live far from Cincinnati; however, I would absolutely go out of my way again to Columbia Acura for their fantastic, transparent, straightforward, and rapid buying experience!

Columbia Acura has numerous cars that are listed as “new” with “0 miles” that are not actually on the lot and are being used by their employees and customers as demo cars, which is essentially a rental. A demo car is not a new car, and listing it on your website as new with zero miles is just blatant false advertisement. Worst Acura dealership I have been to, BY FAR.

Be wary of buying a used car here. About 4 months ago I bought a used Toyota RAV4 in pretty good condition, or so I thought. I was told it had just had an oil change, new brakes and rotors, and new tires. I paid 14k in cash for it and 20 days into ownership it started acting funny. Took it to my mechanic who informed me there was zero oil in it. The oil drain plug was stripped. And the engine itself was burning oil like crazy. Had to have the whole oil pan replaced, an engine clean service done, and alignment because it was driving crooked. That was 2k. Not long after that I noticed a shake when I brake. Took it back to my mechanic, needs all new brake pads, rotors (one is warped), AND a new left brake caliper because whoever did the brake service last broke it! All that is 500. The transmission needs serviced, the rear differential needs serviced, and so does the transfer case. OH and it needs all new air filters! How fun! I have to put another 4-5 THOUSAND into this car after paying 14k for it! Clearly this dealership did not check this car when they got it. And if they didn’t have a chance to do any maintenance on it they shouldn’t have had it out on the sales lot yet and they DEFINITELY should not have sold it to anyone! ESPECIALLY NOT FOR 14 THOUSAND DOLLARS! I loved this car when I got it I thought I got so lucky. I was, in fact, unlucky.
