I bought a vehicle from Ryan and his crew at CFAC back in January. Through an unavoidable fluke, the car ended up needing some work done. Ryan stood beside me every step of the way, going above and beyond to ensure that the car was brought back to its original glory and that I was nothing but a satisfied customer. From working directly with the mechanics, navigating the warranty process for me, handling costs himself so we didn't have to held up by warranty paperwork, reassuring my anxiety and dealing with my frustrations, he stayed constant and thorough. The level of integrity, honesty and morality that Ryan showed was way above anything I'd ever expect from a car dealership. He even offered to have me pick whatever car I wanted to drive off of their lot while my vehicle was being repaired. I'll be using CFAC for any and all purchases in the future because they showed again and again that they are truly invested in their customers and their cars. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a dealership! I didn't feel like I was being pressured to buy just anything. I was having a hard time with finding a place to trade in and pay off the rest of my Xterra loan... I had been to several dealerships and they just wanted to sell me a new vehicle and without taking my current vehicle and adding to the loan. I just bought a house and really didn't want a 2nd car loan as well. Ryan Votaw was absolutely amazing! Within a day or so of me going to his family owned dealership, I left with a vehicle that was more suitable, for my lifestyle, my growing(already over 6ft at 14 yrs and 17 yrs) teen boys, didn't have to stress about a 2nd car loan and all while keeping it within my budget! This will definitely be where I take my boys to get their vehicles when they're ready. I would 100% recommend Community First Auto Center to anyone!
