Comox Valley Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM

I bought this 2020 dodge Pawer wagon from Danny he was good toke in my old Pawer wagon on trade. Let me take as long as needed to test drive it the new one. Payed for all the extras and warranty. Back in November made a deal that they would order a winch remote because it didn’t come with one, Now its February 28. Tried texting from Nov through to Christmas and all I was told is nothing in yet. Not sure what’s going on. I did like dealing with this dealership. After experiencing a significant wheel vibration and clunking while driving, it was discovered that a wheel stud had sheared off and a lug nut had fallen off. Needless to say, it was a stressful situation. What impressed me wasn’t just the repair itself, but the way the team responded. From the moment I called, Joanne treated the situation with urgency and genuine concern for my safety. The dealership was prepared to send a technician and shuttle all the way to Campbell River if needed, asked me to keep them updated during my drive to work, and made it clear that my safety was their top priority. Once the vehicle arrived, they didn’t just replace the damaged stud—they proactively replaced all five wheel studs on the wheel to ensure everything was safe and secure. They also delivered a loaner vehicle directly to my workplace so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced while the repairs were being completed. Mistakes can happen in any business. What matters is how those mistakes are handled, and Comox Valley Dodge demonstrated accountability, professionalism, and exceptional customer care every step of the way. I was on the island vehicle shopping, although I didn’t purchase one that day I was helped by a gentleman named Brent Lloyd I believe. Really tall fellow but super cool to deal with. He had no problem showing me the new and some used vehicles and also told me he could bring in any other vehicle that was on any of their dealerships on the island. I think I was a pain in the ass for him but he didn’t hesitate to show me all the trucks and some cars as well. Sorry for being so picky but I will definitely go back there to deal with him.
