Martin and I have just taken delivery of our 2026 Hyundai Tucson. It's actually against all the odds and happened only because of the hard work and patience of Ann Rosner and Trevor Blogg. We set them some very difficult challenges over the course of five days and they must have wondered at times if we were even serious about a new car. Anyway, due to their knowledge, perseverance and good natures, we are now driving around in the perfect vehicle for us. It would not have happened if they hadn't been so professional and friendly during all our dealings. We are very grateful to them. We're also grateful to Melissa Stiglitz - she too spent an inordinate amount of time with us, ensuring that we had the perfect deal and coverages for our needs, whilst charming us with her personality. Going into a car dealership is usually a terrifying experience for someone like me, whose heart has been broken too many times to count. It’s like a fly buzzing into a field of pitcher plants: you're promised the sweetest syrup, but instead, you get expensive warranties and unnecessary features. Before you know it, you're drowning at the bottom of the plant. Walking onto this lot, I was fully expecting high tide in a snake’s nest. I am thrilled to say I was completely wrong. I had the pleasure of speaking with Joshua—and my God, what an astute and strapping young man. He took the time to actually get to know me to figure out exactly which car would suit my lifestyle. He was amazing. He walked me through every single feature of the brand-new Hyundai Elantra with the passion of J.R.R. Tolkien reading early renditions of The Silmarillion to his children. I was in awe. So verbose, so erudite, and also so handsome. To top it off, he took the time to help me understand New Vehicle Replacement coverage to protect against depreciation and get me into a brand-new make and model in the event of a total loss. Come to find out, selling that isn't even a part of his job description! He just truly believed in the amazing product. 10/10 experience.

Talk about great experience. Ann was the most pleasant to vehicle shop with. A stressful big purchase made clear. I appreciate so much that when I explained what I needed, she remembered more then what I said and we love the vehicle we can safely and comfortably travel in.
