Incredibly unprofessional. Do not give these people your time and definitely don't give them your money. If you do, you'll never be able to get in touch with them again. They convince you that the car you're buying is in full working order, only for it to fall apart shortly after and not even pass state inspection. Customer service is not in this dealer's vocabulary. Some digging shows this dealer has already filed for bankruptcy at least once. It's amazing that he still has an active car dealer license and the state hasn't shut him down yet. The dealership even attempts to withhold public information and documentation if they catch a hint that you may be bringing legal action. They use intimidation tactics, and try to blame you (the buyer) for not knowing any better. This place is the embodiment of why people are mistrusting of used car dealers. They are not there to help you; there are there to take your money. There are no redeeming qualities about this place.

Compare motors is the biggest scam ever! Do not buy a car from Kelvin (the owner) or his puppet Rey. I bought a minivan, VSA light was on, they claimed it was because it had been sitting a while. Bull. I brought to a reputable mechanic, and this car 2000 dollars worth of work, and Kelvin claims i did not buy a car of the year, go figure lol, i was aware of that fact, just didn't know i was buying a unsafe pile of metal. Then Kelvin says he will fix it, and cuts a wire out(out of the wiring harness, to make the VSA light go out) a and leaves it in my van, now the van needs much more work then it originally did. These people have 8 open lawsuits against them, you can search it for free on mass.gov. including my own lawsuit in which i will probably will never get paid. I settled for a much lesser amount then owed, to just end it, becasue i truly believe in karma, and personally sick of seeing this idoit in court. Good luck , because he doesn't show up to court and will tell the court he never got the notice, and Lawrence district court gives him a free pass every time. He buys these cars from auctions out of state, and doesn't even check them before he sells them, nor does he have title for any half of them (i did not get a title for over a week). Dont bother calling the attorney general becasue they dont care and neithier does the city of Lawrence. Good job Mr.mayor, 👍👍👍. Praying on a vulnerable community, where people may not report the fraud that is going on. Then the icing on the cake his business "suspiciously" burns down yesterday, that will be his new excuse in court he will be crying victim when i gurantee he had something to do with it, after trying to sell the business on facebook for 2 months now. I see right through his scams, maybe karma has really come for him though and he will not beable to scam anymore unsuspecting people. Worst dealer ever. Owner is very rude, he does not care about clients, cars are not reviewed before sale. So expect issues after buying a car at this place. I had issues and someone else found me there having issues. Because the warranty is 1,000 miles, the owner tells you that the car need to be driven if you encounter issues. If you do so, he tells you after that you are over the limit and you have to pay to fix it. Lol!!! My firm advice: DO NOT BUY A CAR AT THIS PLACE. Do not say that you was not aware because I warned you!!!

Do NOT for whatever reason buy your cars from this establishment! They sold us a car with NO oil! Drove from Lawrence to Worcester with NO oil! Since then, we have spent over $2,000 trying to rectify this! Spoke with “Rubio” who listed the vehicle & his response, your going to have to take us to court! Save yourself the money & the headache!!!

I tried to buy a car off this guy. Took $3000 from me and told me he didn’t have the title. I ask him how long it would be to get the title and he said a couple of days. 2 weeks later he still had my money and I had no car or title. Worst place possible to buy a car, avoid his scams and don’t buy a car from this guy
