I arrived with a car in mind, but I did look at a few others just to be sure. Ash was outstanding; knowledgeable, friendly and extremely courteous, and Ivan was a pleasure to negotiate with! I walked away with what I feel was a great deal on my lease-returned '24 Blazer EV! I brought my own credit union financing, so I cannot speak for their finance department, but I'm sure it's excellent! I'd highly recommend Concord Chevrolet to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle!

This is the best car buying experience I have ever had. I had put off buying a car, because I dislike the upselling, sneaking in things I don't need, and spending 4 hours at the dealership playing the back and forth game. This was the exact opposite of that. Ash and the entire team were amazing. They were professional, transparent, and I was in and out in about 2hours. When they say they are fast, friendly, and efficient, it's the truth. They have a loyal customer in me, and I would refer anyone and everyone to them. Proud owner of a new 2027 Bolt.

I had a great experience at the Chevy dealership thanks to Ash and Lisa. Ash was extremely helpful, patient, and made the entire car-buying process easy and stress-free. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Lisa in finance was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. She explained everything clearly and made the paperwork process smooth and simple. I really appreciated how friendly and welcoming they both were. I took my car here for a routine service. While the car was being worked on, the service advisor called me and told me the coolant was leaking and a tube needed to be replaced. After paying almost $1000 for this service alone, the coolant was leaking far more rapidly when I got the car back. I took the car back to the service center to have this fixed. I was quite pressed for time because I had to make a six-hour drive the same day. Joseph White, the service advisor who "helped" me that day said, "I will give you a call by 11:00." By noon, he had made no such call. Only after we had called him, were hung up on, and made several attempts to call him back did he speak to us. He then revealed that no mechanic had looked at the car and that no mechanic would look at the car before 1:00 pm. Why he had decided to promise that he would call us at by 11:00 am is beyond me. I ended up having to pay an additional $300 for the second service during which the service centered fixed their shoddy work. This place overpromises, overcharges, and under-delivers. Take your car to someone honest who cares about their work.
