We visited a couple other dealerships before coming to Confidence Chevy. I will tell you that the car buying experience here was top tier, I wish we would have just visited here first. There were no sharks waiting for you at entrance, just a friendly "hello and what can we help you with?" from Savanna. She was so knowledgeable about the vehicle we wanted, no back and forth haggling or feeling like your were being pushed into purchasing. She answered all of our questions and helped guide us to the right decision. Moving back to finance was quick and easy, we didnt feel pressured to buy all these crazy packages he was just filled with knowledge and explained all the options that were available so that we could make an informed decision based on what we actually felt we needed. Overall I just want to say THANK YOU! I literally left there with tears of happiness after visiting other dealerships that were just a miserable experience. I am so thankful that I ended my search here, I love my new Traverse.💓
