We went to the dealership on a Monday morning to browse. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and introduced to Gabe who would assist us. Gabe asked what we were looking for and took us out to the lot. He explained that they had a rush the previous Saturday but showed us to the row of pre-owned vehicles on the lot, stating that more were on the way if none of these caught our eye. From there he allowed us to walk freely around and look at them. He encouraged us to sit in them, look them over, and take our time. There was zero feeling of the dreaded salesman stress we've experienced during other buying trips. He checked in with us a couple of times during this viewing period. We did find one we liked so Gabe offered us drinks and snacks while going over the details with us. Once finance was able to run the numbers he handed us off to Paul, who was actually a fill in from the Hutchinson location. Paul was pleasent, explained GAP, additional extended warranties, other add-ons, etc all of the normal stuff one should expect when buying a car. He didn't push any additional products on us and allowed us to discuss them without interfering. The whole process was about 2 1/2 to 3 hours, the majority of which was looking. We have purchased several vehicles at various dealerships and this was easily our best experience! The ONLY thing I would suggest is cooling the interior building a little more because it was very warm, I actually stepped outside in the 90 degree weather to cool off because at least there was a breeze.

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Jamie was extremely helpful and made sure to answer all of my questions with clear and consistent communication throughout the process. Tony P did an amazing job inspecting my car—he was very thorough with his estimate and took the time to explain everything so I felt completely comfortable. They got my car in quickly and finished it in a timely manner, which made the whole experience even better. The work they did on my Challenger turned out awesome, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and great customer care.

I only rated it 3 stars because they had my vehicle for 2 hours while I waited there. When they were finished and I was leaving, my car still had it's "needs service" message pop up on the gauge screen. I had to park and look up how to reset the oil life. It honestly wasn't hard to find the process or actually do it. It only took a couple of minutes to look it up and perform the reset. Why couldn't the technician take 2 minutes to reset the oil life? I go there since we pre-paid for services, but once those are all used, I won't be going there for service.

My jeep drives like new and after talking with the mechanic, I was able to understand what exactly the problem was. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but he took the time to explain it to me in a language a third grader could follow.

Bought a new truck today from Conklin. My 8th new truck, and can honestly say that Reagan and Cal and the team were a joy to work with. The finest experience I've ever had buying a vehicle...very easy going and very friendly.got us a great deal,over what I expected... highly recommend. It's the experience u expect when u spend that much money for a truck...
