Wow! That was an incredible experience.... every single step of the process. No pressure, they made us feel like our purchase was going to be their most important sale. We have purchased 7 vehicles from Conklin Cars, so we've come to expect outstanding service... but this last purchase experience was absolutely TOP SHELF!!

I was really happy with the experience. Malcom was a great salesman. No hassle. Honesty. Great deal. Edited to a 4 star: Dealer didn’t have the title at the time of purchase so several weeks later I went in to pick up the title. I went to the tag office and they found an emission on one of the documents Conlin provided. She called the dealership to ask how they wanted to handle it and they told her to send me back to the dealership. “They weren’t very nice about it.” She told me. I drove back across town to get the document corrected which they did but no apology for the mistake or wasting an hour of my life.

Everyone was nice and helpful. Both Cody (the manager) and Tanner were gentlemen that were willing to work with my schedule and stayed late to make sure our purchase went well. For example they gave us a better rate than our bank..

I highly recommend Conklin! They have great customer service, and no high pressure sales, at least from the pre-owned lot. This is the best experience I have had at a car dealership.

Recently purchased a vehicle, ball was dropped from the very beginning, didn't receive paperwork when purchased, check was attempted to push through even after being documented and told by several people that bank had a hold due to amount, vehicle had several issues within a week of purchase, don't believe there supposed inspections, as issues with vehicle would have been seen if they actually inspect there vehicles. Mnagement was unwilling to return calls or answer questions. Very stressful and unpleasant experience, would not recommend. Pretty serious vehicle and transmission issues within days of purchase is unacceptable and they treat you like you're wasting there time.
