Conley Subaru

Wow! Wow! Wow! We just purchased an Outback Wilderness, which is the second vehicle that our family has purchased from Conley Subaru in Bradenton. Honestly I wish there was a higher star rating because they definitely deserve it. They make buying a car an enjoyable experience. Their customer service is a 5 plus, communication 5 plus, and they treat all of their customers like family. Kyle was our salesperson and Chris did the financing on both of the vehicles. When another dealership ignored our son when he bought his car last year, Kyle and Chris went above and beyond to get him into the vehicle he wanted. We did not hesitate to go to them to find the Outback we wanted, once again they went above and beyond, Kyle found the vehicle we wanted in Orlando, and as there was no one to deliver it, Kyle went there and picked it up himself. Kyle and Chris had all of the paperwork done before we arrived to pick the vehicle up, our total time spent at the dealership was around an hour and a half. We cannot stress what a delight it was to work with both of them. If you are in the market for a car, give them a try, as you will not be disappointed. I was visiting from deployment when I visited to inquire about a 2024 WRX. Michael assisted me for this visit. Michael was absolutely a wealth of knowledge and his passion as a car guy definitely was evident to me. I bought the car while overseas and the whole process was almost too easy with how helpful he and the rest of Conley Subaru were! Couldn’t ask for a better experience throughout the whole thing! 10/10!

First encounter at dealership was positive, just wanted to look and drive. Absolutely no pressure to buy. Later saw a new Subaru on their website, and contacted the salesman that I originally encountered. They were transparent with numbers acceptable to me online and it was a no stress process once I arrived at dealership. Good team in my opinion.

We found an amazing truck with Conley . Luis went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal and attention possible. Luis is a very nice and knowledgeable guy.
