This is an oldie, as my husband and I bought a Dodge Caravan twelve years ago and the staff at the time was very friendly and helpful. The van received regularly scheduled visits for service. They, too, were always friendly and efficient. We we’d always treated with utmost respect and friendliness. My grandson, Zachary, joined this awesome group a short while ago and is very happy to be apart of their staff. Zachary is a very friendly, knowledgeable young man and goes the extra mile in contacting his customers to go over features that can be overwhelming with the new technology that is so new to seniors. He provided me with all the information to assist me in making my choice. He was extremely helpful and professional 👏 I bought my first new vehicle in decades from Zack. I purchased a 2023 dodge charger in early 2026. Zach (the salesman) was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was very responsive and willing to answer any questions I had. He was a very personable and honest person. He made the buying process very easy. Karen (finance) was great. She was also very knowledgeable and wanted to help me make informed decisions. She presented all the options and made recommendations based on the circumstances. Karen is also very honest and personable. Overall a positive buying experience.

I came in looking for a new truck which I was told “you can find something better than this”. from someone in management implying that they sell nothing good. Also never seen such poor performance from the management and the way they treat their sales associates. I know someone in sales at a different dealer and told them what I experienced and they said it was wrong in every way. Service was easy, but extremely overpriced. Significantly more than other places. I’d take the extra trip to go elsewhere.
