Useless liars. Our brand new vehicle was damaged by DOT construction. We provided all the proof in the world and they denied our claim. My representative then repeatedly lied to me telling me they don't make the decisions that the DOT does. The DOT told me that was not true and I had to go back and forth multiple times before they would admit they made the decision to deny my claim. I pay taxes every damn day and have never put my hands out, the one issue I have and the DOT and CSS turn their backs on me. This is just wrong and they know it! Now I have to use 1,000 dollars out of pocket to resolve this issue. BAD BUSINESS AND HORRIBLE REPRESENTATION, BASICALLY FRAUD!

LYFT HAS HURT OUR COMPANY!! Constitution State Services is a subsidiary of TRAVELERS and represents the Ridesharing Lyft company. Our vehicle was totaled by a Lyft driver who was at fault with passengers on-board in both vehicles. It has been almost 2 years now and we have sustained significant loss to our business. Unfortunately, Lyft has been unable to pay a fair claim even after we submitted all of the requested information and spent thousands of dollars of our own funds. This would seem as a deliberate attempt to delay the payment and deplete our savings in order to avoid taking responsibility for their obligation. We are a small minority-owned business being taken advantage by a large corporate entity.

I filed a claim there customer backed up into my whole car door I took a million pictures and a security was present they called me back and said they wouldn’t b covering my car because the driver said I hit him and he was parked very sad this company is a fraud and a this point I might need to get a lawyer because this is very unfair worst people to deal with and rude
