Continental Mazda

My experience with the dealership started off promising but became frustrating—until I was connected with Dedrick..... I first met with a sales person we will call (Not Dedrick), who was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful in helping us select the vehicle we were interested in. Things seemed great at first. However, after going home and emailing Not Dedrick a week later with some follow-up questions, I received no response for two weeks. I called him and was told I’d get answers soon but nothing came. I followed up again by text, and after a short exchange, he stopped responding entirely. At that point I called the sales manager, and asked to be reassigned to a different salesperson. I really like the service at this dealer (Shanie in particular). The service manage said they were busy but I would get a call back later that day. I never received a call back that day, so I began looking at other dealerships. The next day everything changed though. I was contacted by Dedrick, and he handled everything flawlessly. He answered all of my questions in a single sitting, set up a test drive, and was incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process. Our conversation was honest, straightforward, and refreshingly professional. Because of Dedrick’s excellent service, I ended up purchasing the car the same day as the test drive. I highly recommend working with Dedrick. He turned a disappointing situation into a great buying experience. Even after the sale he was truly concerned we knew every feature of the car and did not hesitate to spend time answering my wife's many questions. I have bought cars at Anchorage Dodge, Continental Volvo, Lithia Jeep, and a past owner Chevy Dealer. Dedrick is the only sales person that after the end to end interaction I would say deserves anything above a 5 rating and he gets a 10 in my book.

They love to overcharge women (over $900) when there husbands are not there. Make sure to look at the itemized bill. Staff was not helpful when asked to help with understanding price. Will not be going back.

First time buyer and honestly the best experience I could have asked for! Huge shoutout to Steven who helped us from the day we were just browsing to the day we went in to purchase. He was very patient, great at getting back to us with any questions we had, and not pushy at all which is the main reason we went back to purchase. If we purchase another car in the future we will go back to him and the staff at Mazda. The service department is awesome they were able to install our crossbars in our new Mazda cx-50 which they did quick and easy. Very happy with our experience, thank you so much to all the staff you guys are awesome!

Had my 2001 miata towed in for service and had it back within 24 hours all fixed up and running perfectly!!!! I was thinking I would have a huge bill but Thanks to Shanie I received a vintage discount ! Such great friendly staff! I even purchased a new set of all terrain tires for my suburban with the help from Don, John, and Rick! They were very knowledgeable ! Coffee was really good too :)

Dedrick was great to work with! He was not pushy at all and laid out all the details of each car for me. He heard what I wanted in a vehicle and helped me pick out the perfect Mazda. I would definitely recommend continental mazda to anyone looking for a new car!
