⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience buying my car at Subaru in Anchorage. Kevin Yang and Willy Craig were awesome—knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with. They answered all my questions and made the process feel smooth and low-stress. Shoutout to their manager Julius as well for keeping everything straightforward and seamless. Overall, a really solid experience. I’d definitely recommend this team and would buy from them again.

I bought my first new car (Crosstrek) in February of 2022. I sold it recently after 4 years and 50,000 miles. I never would’ve expected have I’d regret selling my Subaru. The sales team, finance, maintenance, warranty issues and everyone else I dealt with was so nice and helpful- except one guy in service… I never would’ve expected have expected it from a car company. Ricky Villanueva went above and beyond to make my experience the most comfortable and least intimidating process possible. I was mentally prepared to have a long and difficult day navigating through Anchorage, piddling around until the dealership opened, and struggling with sales associates since it’s not something I purchase often. The relief I felt was immeasurable when he not only answered the phone before the dealership opened (7:30am as I took a Redeye shuttle to the airport) but he then offered to pick me up early (8:30am). He was friendly and informative but never pushy. He offered me information that was helpful in my decision making process, and he gave me the space and time to make a decision. I felt supported and cared for throughout the process. His confidence in Subaru and years of experience helped me trust his knowledge. I fully intended to look at other dealerships before making a choice, but his personalized customer service made me confident in Subaru and in working with Continental. He took the time to show me features on the vehicle. I have driven a Crosstrek for work since 2024, and he showed me features I did not understand or know about. I continue to rave about my experience with Ricky and encourage anybody I speak to in the market for a vehicle to contact Ricky. Ricky followed up with me several times to ensure my experience with the vehicle is going well and answer any additional questions. The facilities were clean, and there were many vehicles on site to consider. Alex Nauman did my virtual walk through of the vehicle. He explained some pretty cool features of the vehicle. As mentioned, I’ve driven this model in an older year for two years, but I did not understand some of the features. He kindly made my apt at 5pm and was patient when I was a few minutes behind. He too followed up on whether I had any more questions. Just A+ experiences all the way around.
