Cook Subaru

Had the best car buying/test drive experiences at Cook Subaru with their amazing sales staff member, Wolf. I was looking for a new vehicle but not sure exactly which SUV brand or model. Wolf had me test drive multiple vehicles, giving the most detailed information and comparison stats on each one across a variety of brands and different models of each (GMC, Toyota and Subaru - some were new and some were used). I was truly impressed by his depth of knowledge of each model and his overall enthusiasm for cars. He knew so much about each vehicle - and he wasn't referring to spec sheets or brochures.One of the best car buying/testing experiences I have ever had. Highly recommend Wolf at Cook Subaru! I recently purchased my second car From Wolf In sales. I house and maintain both cars at my home in Steamboat. I cannot say enough about Wolf as to his knowledge and willingness to knock himself out even after the sale! Both car buying experiences and service experiences over the years have been top shelf. I applaud the entire team at Cook, but I have to say that Wolf created the best car buying and service experiences I have ever had, anywhere. Rudy S.

We went in to get our oil changed and were the only customer there for service at the time. One customer was leaving as we drove up for our scheduled appt. It took them over 1.5 hours to do the job.we had to schedule an appt 2 weeks in advance. Dealing with you was extremely painful. So many employees just standing around too. We own 3 car service centers in Texas ourselves and turn customers in 25-30 minutes tops. We never make customers wait like this. We do drop ins on the spot at all of our 3 businesses as well and do not make people make appts ahead of time. This is terrible customer service you provided and you should be ashamed.

Top notch guys here. Martin and Jared went above and beyond to get me parts faster and for a better price than my local store and I live in another state! Couldn’t recommend them more.
