Brought my Elantra N in for a coolant leak inspection. Service advisor Paul was a gentleman and cool dude to speak with. The technician quickly confirmed it was the ITM unit to be faulty. Part was ordered, replaced under warranty and a complimentary wash. Great service.

He was transparent, professional, and worked hard to get me a price I could comfortably afford in my monthly payments. Absolutely trash service department. Scammers and idiots make a bad combination. They destroyed our engine. Literally the Cookeville Hyundai cooked our engine. Took it in for an engine light repair. We were told it wasn't guaranteed work...so pay to do the work,but it might not work? 😵‍💫🙃 We paid, the light went off for a few months, then came back on and engine went into limp mode. Car was cooked because they didn't check engine oil when they serviced it. And it burnt the chain, pulling it with no oil...voila. Cooked by Cooksville trash mechanics. Car only has 160 000km and was trashed. We had to buy a new truck with no trade in value. This will all be reported to Hyundai Canada aswell. Terrible quality and terrible service. With dishonest people. Buy Mazda instead! Update: manager asked me to email for a resolution. Just so we are clear. I have emailed him and it's been over a week, no reply. So they just do this to make the review look like it's been resolved. It's not. They are terrible. Still.
