I recently bought a car from Cool Car Guys and had an absolutely great experience. This is the second time they’ve helped us out, and once again they exceeded expectations. The whole process was smooth, honest, and stress-free. They really took the time to make sure everything was right with the vehicle and answered all our questions without any pressure. We truly love them and will continue going back for every car we need. Highly recommend them if you want a dealership you can trust!

Easily the best car purchasing experience I have ever had; I genuinely mean that. Worked mainly with Justin but also had a few shorter interactions with Cash and Christine both of whom went above and beyond in answering my questions and making it a comfortable experience. I can tell they pride themselves on excellent customer service. I was really wanting a bigger vehicle for how often we are in the car and to feel a little safer in the Winter. From start to finish, I felt comfortable and knowledgeable about everything. I don't currently have the greatest credit, but I have been working towards improving it over the past couple years. They went above and beyond in finding me something that fit what I told them I could afford for a monthly payment as well as finding something to offer me that matched exactly what I was looking for. They were genuine, kind and showed patience to my son (being at a dealership for a long time really brings out the crazy in kids)! It wasn't just getting a different car. It was creating a plan for my future credit to turn goals and dreams into reality. I will absolutely recommend Cool Car Guys to anyone I know looking for something new. I really like the fact that its family owned as well. They seem like a great group of people. I truly can't say enough great things about my experience. Everyone there was super helpful and nice. I had new credit being so young but they worked with me. So far my car has been driving nicely and is great on gas. I would totally recommend coming here because they actually care and want to help people!

I found a car online and wanted it. I drove to Cool car guys and I got the car. Superb service and great conversation. Highly recommend. Edit again. Justin reached out to me and explained the situation and apologized and gave me a free oil change. Definitely restored my faith in this place. Thank you. Justin is the best. Edit. I was told that if my license plates didn’t come in before my temporary tags expired to call a few days before they expired and they would issue me another temporary tag. I did that. I gave my information and they took down all information and nothing. I’m called back and left another message. Nothing. Now we are almost a month since my temporary tags expired and called again. This time I truly believed I would be helped. Made sure they had right email. He said I’ll get right on that. Even said I’ll call you right back to make sure you got the email. NOTHING AGAIN. I sent a text to say I hadn’t received an email. They ignored me.
