Thank you Brian and Nicole for a great buying experience. I bought a 2010 Toyota 4Runner from them.I wanted to save miles on my truck. The 4Runner is now my daily driver. I put some different wheels on it and now it is good to go. This is the place to buy a great secondary vehicle for a reasonable cost or if you are on a budget..either way love buying vehicles through these folks..honest and genuine. Thanks again!

Just a little mom & pop store but they did us right. We went for a toyota but not the one for us but they had another we were also interested in. Short story, we bought it, it so very clean, detailed the way it should be done. We are pretty picky, we expect good service & friendly people, they checked all the boxes. They were not pushy, patient with us, they were on time & so friendly, family owned & run, so much better than the big dealerships we have worked with in the past. They answered all my questions, we drove 3 hours one way & it was so worth it. We don’t buy new anymore, we buy reliable, the older vehicles if taken care of, are more affordable & user friendly. They have some really nice vehicles & honest people & he explained where they come from & how he selects a vehicle to sell, it has to meet their standards. We are so excited & happy about our purchase. Thank you both for being so nice, felt like family, we will return & tell everyone. So clean!

My experience with this car dealership was fairly good overall. The staff were polite and provided helpful information about different vehicles and pricing options. I appreciated being able to explore multiple choices and take a test drive without pressure. However, the paperwork and delivery process took longer than expected, and updates were not always timely. The car itself was in good condition and matched the description. Overall, a decent experience with room for improvement in efficiency.

My husband and I had the honor of buying our first car together here. Brian and Nicole are so accommodating and Nicole went out of her way to find us a loan to work since we are both very young. I cannot recommend Cool Cars of Colorado Springs enough to buy your vehicle. The pricing is very fair and the car detail job is impeccable. Car buying can be a grueling process. I had my heart set on a Toyota rav4. I found my car online and called on a Thursday to sign up for a test drive expecting there to be a long wait. The friendly woman who answered had me setup the very next morning. I walked in, handed over my id for her to copy and she handed me the keys to the car. I loved this part, because I was able to test drive the car without the added distraction of someone else in it. Not only was the car nicely detailed, the location was also ideal for test drive. I was so happy with the car, that by the time I got back, I knew I wanted to buy it. I told them that I would need help financing and that this is what I could afford. Not only did they work with me, the lady also walked me through the financing process without ever making me feel like a complete moron. We talked a little throughout the financing application and found out this was a husband and wife owned business who were originally from Colorado. Not only did I feel like I was giving money back to my community, I was also helping a very small business. I loved my entire car buying experience and plan on going back for future car buying needs.
