I will never bring my truck back to this place. I dropped it off to have the seal on my rear window inspected due to water leaking into the cab. When I picked it up, there was glue smeared all over the window. I immediately emailed a photo, and instead of a call, that I requested, I got a text from the service rep Natasha (Tosha) saying they'd send someone out to clean it. When the tech left, without saying a word, I went out to inspect the window. It was worse. The window was completely scratched. I sent another email with photos and a text requesting a phone call. Again, no one bothered to call, just more texts telling me to bring it back in. This must be their only form of communication. I brought it in Monday morning. They gave me a rental and said they'd be in touch. I texted the following morning to ask a simple question and was told it had been sent to a body shop. Then silence. An entire week went by with zero updates. I had to text again the following Monday, nothing. Finally, after I sent another text on Tuesday, I was told I could pick it up. Not once during this entire ordeal did anyone offer an apology or take any responsibility for the damage they caused or the poor communication. I was treated like an inconvenience from start to finish. Completely unacceptable. If you value your time, your vehicle, or basic customer service, take your business somewhere else.

I try to not post negative reviews because my expierence doesn't always reflect others. But now I have had 3 separate instances and now I'll leave the review. The most recent time, I came in and wanted to discuss getting a new key fob, was told to go to parts, parts said that I had to go to service but gave me an approx quote of 200 + 100 for programing. Cool, go to service, schedule an appointment. Go to the appointment. All for a sudden it's near 500. I understand it was an approximate quote, but 200 is a significant difference. I also understand employees are just doing their jobs, so I can't fault them for it. But without even attempting to solve the problem, they allowed me to walk out the doors. Again, I get that an approximate quote is exactly that, approximate, but nearly double the cost isn't exactly a quote at that point.

I worked with Brian. I did almost my entire deal over the phone. Brian, and the finance team, made everything super easy. I’d did my credit app ahead of time, and when I went in all I needed to do was test drive and sign. I was in and out in less than an hour. Overall, great experience.

Working with Jesse B was top notch. Time and decision making was so critical to making the purchase, he listened and did what was needed to get the job done. Very personable and accommodating. Truly want to buy another vehicle from him and the dealership.
