After only 7,000 miles, the truck started making a noticeable noise in the rear suspension. I scheduled a service appointment and ended up spending several hours at the dealership, only to eventually go home and return using Uber at my own expense, since no shuttle or loaner vehicle was offered. Just a few days later, the exact same noise came back. I scheduled a second visit and was told the repair would take about one hour, so I chose to wait. After nearly three hours, the vehicle still wasn’t ready. I decided to go home, and only then was I asked if I wanted a ride. I agreed, but after waiting another hour with no update or driver available, I had to take another Uber. Today, after picking up the truck, the noise is still there, nothing has changed. I was told that parts were replaced, but clearly the issue has not been resolved. This has been extremely frustrating, especially considering this is a brand-new vehicle. I expected a much higher level of service, communication, and care from a Chevrolet dealership.
