Copeland Chevrolet Hyannis

Hadn’t bought a car in 11 years. Had bought previously from this dealership several times when it was Dick Beard Chevy. I returned because my experience was good, but was impressed with knowledge and experience of my salesman George. He was thorough and knowledgeable and patient. Very good buying experience and I recommend Copeland Chevy in Hyannis Ma. Just love my new Trax Activ car.

The worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. Brought my vehicle in for routine services, recalls, and a minor issue concerning my truck's HVAC. What transpired after was poor communication, carelessness, and unprofessional standards of service for customers... I received an update about 2 days after leaving my vehicle at their dealership, addressing the issues and solutions with me over the phone. All was fine, and it seemed I was on track to pick up my truck reasonably soon. But after that? 16 days of complete radio silence from my service advisor. No updates, no news, and no returned phone calls or messages after trying to reach out to them multiple times. Finally when I was able to make contact with my advisor, it was magically the day that my "paperwork hit the managers desk" and my truck was ready. The explanation I was given? "An issue that required about 10 hours of communication with Chevrolet engineers over the course of 3 days to find resolution to the issue..." A process which I had been told was already in the works after my only phone call from the advisor. So what happened during the other 16 days? No idea. I don't expect them to rub my feet and tell me I'm pretty, but I do expect a service advisor to at least pretend they give a hoot about me and my best interest. This entire experience was elementary in communication, and the worst example of professionalism and customer service I've ever experienced at a dealership.

I only stopped in to see what they had. I live 3 hours away but was on the Cape. Kim greeted and asked if she could help. I ended up with the truck I've been looking for for 3 weeks!

I had a great buying experience at Copeland Chevrolet in Hyannis. Kadijah was very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and extremely patient. I look forward to doing more business in the future!

I do not blame you if you hate buying cars and trucks at dealerships.Having said that, I would not hesitate to visit Copeland Chevrolet in Hyannis. They were very easy to deal with. We are completely satisfied with the purchase of our new truck. The salesman Ben, was awesome, a good guy to see.
