⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to publicly thank the service team at Corley’s Albuquerque Lincoln Volvo for helping resolve an extremely complicated issue with my Lincoln Navigator. From the very beginning, Perry (Service Manager), Nichole in scheduling, and Matthew went above and beyond to help our family. Perry in particular demonstrated exceptional professionalism and empathy throughout the entire process. He called me regularly with updates and made sure I understood exactly what was happening every step of the way. That level of communication and customer care is rare in the automotive industry today. The Corley’s Lincoln service department in Albuquerque treated us with respect, professionalism, and genuine concern while working through a very complex situation. It was clear that this team truly cares about their customers and takes pride in doing things the right way. As a combat-disabled veteran, I deeply appreciate integrity, professionalism, and people who stand behind their work. I also believe strongly in supporting American companies and family-owned businesses, and Corley’s is a great example of exactly that. I purchased a 2026 Lincoln aviator from this dealership on 2/28. I have owned dozens of vehicles and purchased from dealerships all across the country. This was hands down the smoothest transaction I have ever had with a dealership. The staff were friendly and attentive without being aggressive. Kudos to their training teams, because the typical gimmick sales pitches weren’t present. Michelle was our sales associate from start to finish and she was flawless in executing the deal. If she didn’t know the answer to something she didn’t lie and make something up, she took note and went and found the answer for us. The dealership was well organized and clean. We recently purchased a late-model 2023 Volvo XC-60 from Corley, and we couldn’t be happier with both the experience and the people who made it possible. My wife has been a loyal Corley customer since 1998, so we were already familiar with the high level of service they provide. Over the years, she worked with Rick Patel, who was always helpful and professional. During this purchase, our main contact was Tameeza Bhanji, and she was fantastic to work with. We were fortunate to find a vehicle that had just been traded in—it had everything we were looking for, including a color we absolutely loved. We made an offer the same day we saw the car and ended up driving home exactly what we wanted. Tameeza was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through all the features of the vehicle, which made the transition to a newer car with advanced technology smooth and comfortable. Corley’s has always treated me really well! Major thing I love about them is that I can get a loaner car any time I service my vehicle. Most recently I purchased new tires. They were awesome and I was able to use a loaner vehicle the entire day instead of having to sit around and wait. Really convenient so I could get to work and carry on my day as usual. The loaner is also always really nice and they try to match it to what I own. E.G. I own a Volvo and they loaned a Volvo to me. I suppose it serves the dual purpose of them sort of letting me test the goods on newer models so that’s a smart move IMO. This alone keeps me coming back to their service department. Also, my service advisor Diego is always awesome. Pleasant guy and not pushy in any way. Never tries to push me into service I don’t need.

Tameeza is an excellent sales manager. She took the time to explain the car to me, especially when I had to ask her a couple of times about the different aspects of the car. She is always patient and willing to please me when I asked for certain things that were not on the car. She took care of it very willingly. I would definitely go to Tameeza again if I have a need for another car. This Coursair has so many features that I never encountered before and she is always so patient explaining my questions and helping me. She is definitely an excellent employee.
