# Summary The dealership receives consistent praise for its sales team's professionalism, lack of high-pressure tactics, and genuine customer care, with staff going above and beyond to assist clients. However, experiences in the finance office have been inconsistent, with some customers reporting issues including undisclosed fees, pressure tactics, and post-sale administrative errors that required significant follow-up effort to resolve.

I have a 2024 Ford F150 I was having an issue with the CCS1 charge interface at the Tesla Supercharger in Monticello, and then the Circle K Charger this afternoon. I was down to 4% state of charge or 5 miles of range. I called my Cornerstone Sales Representative in Elk River, Anthony, ho suggested I drive across the street to Cornerstone Chevrolet and ask for some help from the Service Manager Katie. Katie spoke to the Sales Manager Ben, who connected me to their J1772 charger on the show room floor. Charging! I was up to +3 miles of range with the 9.2 kw charger, when Katie moved my from the showroom floor to the service bay which has a Kempower charger with a 37.6 KW charger. Great service from there people! Thank you! Anthony, Katie, Ben and Christopher!

10/10 expierence. Ramsey was hands down the best salesman ive ever delt with. When my wife and I decided to look into a new vehicle I was dreading having to go to dealerships. I hate high pressure sales, and having sales people breathing down my neck trying to squeeze every penny they can. This expierence changed everything I ever knew about dealerships. I found an Explorer ST I liked and called to inquire before I drove the hour out to the dealership as ive been burned on the last couple i was looking at. From the moment they answered the phone I just felt like I was in great hands. I spoke with Ramsey and he quickly answered all the questions I had, and I hit the road to go look at the ST. We showed up at the dealership, and the ST was already parked up front freshly washed waiting for us. We looked the car over, took a test drive; and decided to sit down and talk numbers. Not once did I feel pressured, rushed; or like we were just a number to Ramsey. He treated us like family, and made sure we had everything we needed to make a decision. He made the whole process as smooth as ordering a cup of coffee. Never have I felt so taken care of by a salesman before. The loan process was also a piece of cake, once we got in the finance office to close; it took maybe ten minutes and we were out the door with keys in hand. Ill never go elsewhere for a vehicle, and will send everyone i know to Ramsey. Thank you for taking great care of us, and making the process so easy!

**Update** - Charlie reached out and made things right. He expressed his regret for the situation I encountered and remedied the amount of personal time I had invested. I do appreciate the attentiveness to the matter and how the situation was resolved. I'd hope that my experience was just an isolated incident, and I would certainly give them another chance the next time I'm in the market for a new vehicle. I drove two hours from Wisconsin last November to purchase a 2024 GMC Sierra 3500 from Cornerstone Chevrolet, and my experience was a real mixed bag. The sales side of things was excellent. My salesman and the manager who handled my trade-in were professional, friendly, and honest. They gave me a fair trade-in value and made the whole process comfortable and welcoming. If the entire experience matched the sales team, this would be a five-star review without hesitation. Unfortunately, it all fell apart in the finance office. The day before my visit, I spoke with the finance rep and we agreed on a specific rate and loan term. When I arrived the next day, the paperwork had already been printed with a higher rate and the wrong term. Rather than apologizing, she tried to pressure me into signing what was in front of me. I pushed back and she revised it — but still didn't honor what we had discussed. Had I known this would happen, I had a pre-approval from my hometown bank ready to go. But having driven four hours round trip, I didn't have the luxury of walking away. The finance experience also included high-pressure extended warranty sales tactics and guilt-tripping when I declined. To make matters worse, watch the paperwork closely. There are fees buried in the contract that are never disclosed upfront — some of them optional — including a GPS theft system and window etching that they won't remove. I only caught these because I scrutinized every line item. The issues didn't stop there. They also made errors on my Wisconsin registration. The general manager acknowledged the problem and said it would be fixed — it wasn't, and he stopped responding to my follow-up messages entirely. I spent hours on my own working with the WI DMV, filing multiple forms, and chasing down a refund. I finally got it resolved at the end of February — three months after my purchase. I genuinely liked the people on the sales floor and would consider working with them again. But the finance office and post-sale support left a lot to be desired. Go in prepared, read every single line of your paperwork, and if you're financing, come with your own pre-approval.

I went into Cornerstone this past weekend to specifically look at a Tahoe they had. I ended up talking with the GM, Charlie, the new sales manager, Josh, and the salesperson, Chuck during the process. I've always had a "car guy" in the past that I used religiously and referred him a lot of business. He retired a few years back and I've yet to find a place I felt could be my go to and a place I'd happily refer people too as most dealerships since have felt less than lack luster. This experience was great, very personable, down to earth, we had some good talks about things and not just the vehicles. You can tell Charlie is the GM for a reason, same with Josh the new sales lead. Both treat you right, not pushy, made the deal fun and were very fair. I would go back and buy/trade again without hesitation. Great work you 3 and appreciate the deal.

We worked with AJ purchasing a slightly used Blazer. He is very good at his job. He was thorough from start to finish, and very personable. He was receptive to our requests, and took time to show us all the bells and whistles on our new vehicle. Thank you, AJ Mark and Debbie Kelly.
