I have purchased multiple vehicles from Cornwall Nissan over the years, and each experience has consistently reinforced why I continue to return. Despite having dealerships much closer to home, I have explored other options for convenience, only to be reminded that the level of professionalism, customer service, and overall experience at Cornwall Nissan is well worth the drive. I would like to specifically recognize Spencer, Peter, Jefferson, and Kim for their professionalism, product knowledge, and commitment to providing a seamless and enjoyable purchasing experience. At no point does the process feel pressured, rather, the team takes the time to ensure questions are answered thoroughly and that customers feel informed and valued throughout the process. I would also like to mention Andre, the Service Department Manager, whose welcoming and professional approach contributes significantly to the overall experience. It is rare to find a dealership where both the sales and service departments consistently deliver such a high standard of customer care. Exceptional customer service has become increasingly difficult to find, which makes Cornwall Nissan stand out even more. Their team has earned my repeat business over the years, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership that genuinely prioritizes its customers.

Joe, Kim and Blake did an emergency Saturday check on short notice and got us going again for a four hour drive.home from Montreal!! Great Team, highly recommend Cornwall Nissan!

I bought a car from Nissan Cornwall...in April..pushed me to buy car , low mileage.... only to come to find out my temperature gauge isn't working stays on cold ...I went to Andre service manager he held my car for 3 days *says* he burped my car took to Lancaster to test heat ????? On me !!!! We live in Canada and I was sold a car with no heat sense November/25 This is the scam of the year!!! No heat in a car that has 30 000 kilometers....and a dead battery on top of that.... This is a dirty play by Nissan Cornwall.... Andre service manager/ Gaby the president and his wife Renee ...I call and ask for documentation they say they will send to see what they have done one my car ....and never sent ....your all laughing at me while I have no heat in my car temperature gauge isn't working...... I don't see this as good BUISNESS ethics by all of you ...at Morrisburg Chev with Cory service manager.... Andre service manager Gaby and Renee.....it this was your car you would feel like me ... disgusted .....I came to everyone as soon as I realized I had no heat ....and still didn't care to fix ....not just try a few things and stop .....worst mistake of my life.... I have no idea if this is causing further damages to my vehicle.... And they don't care!!!!!

Absolutely outstanding experience at Cornwall Nissan! I worked with Peter, and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Professional, honest, and genuinely helpful — he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The rest of the staff were amazing as well. What really impressed me is that even after my purchase, every time I’ve come back for service, they’ve treated me just as well as on day one. The service team has been nothing but friendly, accommodating, and on the ball. Cornwall Nissan truly goes above and beyond.
