This is a really great dealership to do business with. Sami is a great sales professional, she works very hard to satisfy her customers. She found my friend the perfect car at a great price, and worked with the service department to get it all serviced and ready for us when we got there. She is friendly, helpful , knowledgeable and resourceful. She helped secure the financing needed, and let us take a lengthy test drive. Car fax was provided as well. The service manager Sam is a great guy as well. Very patient and honest, took time to listen to our questions, and took care of business. Jazz the finance guru got my friend all squared away in no time, with no up selling nonsense, and got us on the road. Give these folks a visit if you are looking for a car, you won't be disappointed.

This was by far the best experience I’ve had at a car dealership. Myles was PHENOMENAL. From the moment I parked my truck that was my biggest financial burden, he was at the door waiting for me. He kept it straight and was completely upfront on everything. I told him what I wanted out of both of my vehicles and he said he would fight for me, and that he did! Not only was he helping me, but he was assisting multiple other people, he was on fire! The whole time he was attentive and never left me feeling forgotten while I was waiting. We had a great experience at Nissan Cortes in Spokane, WA. Krishna and Hopper were excellent to work with—professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. They explained all the features clearly and showed us multiple purchase options while understanding that we were still looking around. There was no pressure at all. We ended up purchasing a new 2025 Nissan Kicks and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!
