# Summary Experiences at this dealership vary significantly, with some customers praising efficient service and knowledgeable staff members who facilitate smooth transactions, while others report serious issues including poor communication, unresolved vehicle problems, and service mistakes that left them frustrated and dissatisfied. The dealership appears inconsistent in accountability and follow-up, with positive interactions often dependent on individual staff members rather than systemic reliability.
The communication was excellent with Peyton took the time to provide me videos Carfax all the details and it make me feel comfortable to purchasing out of town ticket to fly in to pick up a vehicle. The Finance team was fantastic very fast. When I arrived, I had the keys and drove out of there within 30 minutes. Beautiful guest waiting area.
Extremely disappointed with my experience at Corwin. I have purchased 4 vehicles from them over the years and this last purchase has left me with alot of resentment. I purchased a 23 silverado duramax from them, and it became undrivable before I even made it home. I wasnt mad, it is a used vehicle and i understand that things happen. I brought it back to Corwin immediately the next day so they could diagnose the issue. After that, I spent 3 weeks trying to get updates, answers, or even basic communication from them. Multiple calls and emails went unanswered. I had no idea what was going on. I finally had to physically go into the dealership just to get information, only to be told they never ordered parts or intended on repairing the truck in the first place. After selling me a vehicle that failed immediately and leaving me completely in the dark for weeks, the only thing they offered was a tank of fuel. for a truck I still can’t even drive. The lack of communication, accountability, and customer service has been unbelievable. Making a first payment on a vehicle you haven’t even been able to use is beyond frustrating. I expected far better treatment after making such a major purchase. They could have at least spared me the 3 weeks and told me right away so I could have got the truck fixed elsewhere sooner. Also, sticking $1,000+ into a truck you put 55 miles on is incredibly irritating. I have zero interest in purchasing from them again.
Left my drain plug loose after my first service yesterday on my 2026 ram 2500 and they want to use my service contract so they don’t have to pay for the tow or the repairs. Still no resolution to the problem other than them offering an oil change. Edit: Shane Ross replies as the “owner” after a week of going back and forth with him making it look like they want to take care of it. I actually went in there to come to a resolution and Shane walked out of the office after being called out on his lies.
Arrived at 1:20 for a 2:00 appt. At 2:40 I still didn't have an inspection review. Finally finished job at around 3:20. On the way home, I noticed the window sticker did not show the proper oil weight that I had brought in. I got home and found the oil and filter that I instructed them to use was still on the floor in back seat.
We had the best experience and had very well informed staff doing their best to make sure we had a good experience. Rashaun P and Ben T are the two individuals that really stood out from our visit and we recommend them to anyone. Thanks Corwin Fargo!
