Idk if it was just my experience but I hope it was. The guys In the actual office seemed very nice and friendly. But I would not trust there mechanics to change my oil. Idk if the mechanic that worked on my 2017 mustang gt was uneducated or what. I took my car in for a abs light it took them two days and $400 to tell me it was a abs sensor. So I told them to replace it they did. It didn’t take the light away now I’m not saying the sensor wasn’t a problem, but I then was informed I had a bad axel because of a broken tone ring, idk if the ford tech has ever worked on a ford but after trying to charge me $800 to fix a axel I took it home and changed the wheel hub that actually has the tone ring and a thrush washer that was completely broken. I had previously asked if the washer was broken and they said they had everything apart and it was fine. It was not I fixed the car myself for $80 instead of having them replace the wrong part. Please train your ford techs to work on a ford sports car.

My daughter bought her first big girl vehicle here. It was a great experience. Richard was thoughtful, easy to work with, and the experience was super fast. Drove from Morgantown and it was definitely worth the trip.

Almost got ripped off by another Ford dealership for $850, called Corwin and talked to Charles who got me in on the same day! The other place was 3 weeks out and neglected to tell me to bring both keys to my Ford after I drove an hour to get there. Corwin's crew got me in, got my new instrument cluster synced to the PCM and had me out the door in one hour, and were honest about their pricing up front and the amount I paid upon leaving was the amount they told me ($125+tax)I would be charged. Imagine that, truth in transparency from a dealer! Great service and worth the 40 minute drive . I remembered hydroseeding the owner's lawn years ago, but he was not there that day to say hi. I will be going back for our regular repairs and maintenance on all our Fords!! Only negative-no coffee in the lounge!
