They did remove the gap once I requested. Overall I’m happy I originally planned to tow the Silverado home but instead it towed my diesel truck home

LE is one of the best customer service reps I’ve ever got to deal with. She was so concerned and thoughtful. I know my truck was serviced properly because she takes every care in making sure I got everything done to it that it needed. Corwin is very lucky to have employees like her. I’ll be back

Mario was excellent to deal with at Corwin motors. Professional, not pushy and came though with a great deal for our new 3500. I would recommend Mario and the corwin team for anyone looking for a new or used car. We will be seeing him for our next upgrade!

1 star is a very gracious rating for Corwin. All they care about is money. They couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction let alone safety. Multiple visits for them to make up a random diagnosis. Thousands of dollars spent with nothing fixing the issue. Took it to another mechanic and they had it fixed in 2 visit. Once to diagnose and once to fix it and for half the price Corwin wanted to charge for the wrong diagnosis. The also left 1 of the 2 bolts holding the drive train together snapped off. The bolt they left was completely stripped. Absolutely could have ended with devastating results due to their neglect. Disgusting company. Don’t bother. Go literally anywhere else!
