Purchasing our new Subaru Forester Hybrid from Elijah was the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. He was genuine, knowledgeable, and kind. He cared about our experience, went above & beyond in his service and we left there feeling grateful and well cared for. Michael in finance was equally enjoyable and wonderful to work with. They made our car buying experience feel more like hanging out with friends than being in a car dealership! Incredible service, genuine love of cars & authentic demeanor, something you don’t always get at a car dealership. Well done, gentlemen!!

Questionable professionalism! A working car was advertised for X$ we agreed on that purchase price. Shortly thereafter, we find out that the dealer tore up and wrecked the car. This is when the goal post started to move.. They made me fix what they tore up by trying to jack up the price by doubling the agreed price. I appreciate that they reduced the labor on the repair and allowed me to use my own parts. In fairness, I tried to contact the owners and they never contacted me back. Unlike their grandparents who owned various car dealerships in Fargo North Dakota area, the young folks don't care about relationships or doing business in an ethical way. We traveled 3,000 plus miles round trip to leave with a dirty car and not even a full tank of gas. Tim, Drew and Tanner return my call and make this right! please! I know your great grand dad held a higher standard than what management displayed during this transaction!

I brought my vehicle in to be fixed (AC issue) and the dealership ended up having to take the entire dashboard apart to fix the problem. In the process they cracked my windshield. They never even told me that they did it, I found out on my own as I was about to drive away. They said my vehicle was fixed at 9:30am and they knew I wasn’t going to be able to pick it up until 4pm. In that timeframe, they could have let me be aware of the damage, got a price quote estimate of the repair, called me to ask me if I wanted to fix it while it was there, or found an available date of when I could get it fixed. Instead, they let me leave without informing me of any damages done. Update: They state that they’re not liable for fixing the glass. They would normally replace the glass through the Subaru warranty but they won’t have the glass in for another month or two (how very convenient!) I’ll be getting my glass fixed elsewhere in a week!

I had an excellent experience with Corwin Subaru from start to finish. A huge thank you to Gilby, who helped me throughout the entire process. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my questions. He made the entire car-buying experience smooth, transparent, and stress-free. I also want to thank ST, the manager, for personally reaching out and doing his best to help make the deal happen. He worked hard to get us the car we wanted at a very good price, and we truly appreciate the effort he put into making everything work. Because of this outstanding experience, I highly recommend Corwin Subaru to anyone looking for a vehicle. If you’re shopping for a car, I especially recommend asking for Gilby as your sales agent. He genuinely cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to make sure they are taken care of.
